I work at a gas station and need to keep the roller grill clean, I’m only suppossed to be using ice wrapped in a specific kind of rag, that’ s it, and guess what it doesn’t work very well. I was hoping someone out there may have some suggestions other than the current one I’m using…I can’t use anything with chemicals on it, because it’s not safe for the food prep….I know this may sound like a dumb question but if anyone can offer anything I would greatly appreciate it….

Hey
I own a small c-store and I wanted to add a self service hot dogs.
I wanted to know what would be best. Hot dog ROTISSERIE or Roller Grill. Which one would make the best hot dogs and would be easy to self serve also which one would be easier to clean.
Will they be able to cook both frozen raw hot dogs and warm frozen cooked hot dogs?
Should I buy raw frozen hot dogs or cooked frozen hot dogs. Any preferences would be appreciated.
I’m pretty sure I would need a bun warmer too. Can you guys tell me what else should I get like extras.

Thanks a lot.
