I have heard several people mention the brand Vollwrath? I am not familiar with them, but I am looking for a commercial grade machine that will run 18 hours per day.

I appreciate any help you may give.

This thing has to be a heavy duty machine as it will be on 24/7.

I work at a gas station and need to keep the roller grill clean, I’m only suppossed to be using ice wrapped in a specific kind of rag, that’ s it, and guess what it doesn’t work very well. I was hoping someone out there may have some suggestions other than the current one I’m using…I can’t use anything with chemicals on it, because it’s not safe for the food prep….I know this may sound like a dumb question but if anyone can offer anything I would greatly appreciate it….
